If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I bought the Lactic Acid serum for $95.00 online from this spa as I heard great reviews by Lisa Eldridge, famous make up artist and youtube guru who was probably paid by this spa to review their product but unknowingly I was a sucker for love of all things skin care. I really trusted this would be a great product, however when I received it, the tube was literally a 10 pump max tube and the actual product smelled straight like perfume. I don't think anything that should be good for your skin should have so much fragrance in it. However, I did give it a try, I used small amounts of it as my skin is super thick and can handle most anything. oh no not this product, I broke out in huge cystic acne in odd places such as the left side of my face right by my eye. It literally is taking me 2 months to get rid of the side effects. I was VERY disappointed in a small product with big promise at an outrageous retail price point. As well, since I ordered it online and did not read any small print they would not return the product. :( So now I am stuck with tons of Cystic Acne still on the side of my face and $95.00 in the hole! I feel like I have been robbed. I asked them if they would accept the return but since it has been over the 30 days I can not. I didn't know I had 30 days as most places accept returns no questions asked at any time. I am so used to awesome customer service like at Sephora and ULTA that I am not accustomed to mom and pop shops on rodeo drive that will not take returns beyond the 30 days. It is sad as it makes me not want to buy from local area shops and to support them because in this hectic crazy world, who has time to return a product after a certain time period. I am very disappointed, please DO NOT buy the Lactic Acid Serum, it is definitely a rip off!

BEST massage by far!. I have been getting massages for about 20 years, in all honesty, my massage yesterday was one of the best! I was booked with Brenda and you can tell that she really loves her job. Her technique was amazing!! Normally you know what the masseuse is going to do next and a massage can become very predictable. Brenda's massage truly optimized the 50 minutes we had and I didn't feel rushed or cheated. I will be going back!! It is worth the added expense!

Amazing place for facials. Terry is an unbelievable facialist. It's impossible to go to anyone else - my face is absolutely clear a couple of days after going to see her.

Rude Management and very high prices!. Our group of girls went there for a bachelorette party. It turned out to be a very awful experience for us from start to finish. One of my close friends organized the event for the girls and when she called to make an apointment she told them that we had about 10 girls and some of them (we werent sure how many of them) would be getting a mani/pedi that day. The lady working there told her that the manicure was $20 an the pedicure was $30 . When we arrrived we asked for a packet with all the prices and treatments. Turns out the pedicure for just a basic pedicure was $50! The manicure for the basic manicure was $40. Everyone was very shocked with the high prices because we were told it was less expensive beforehand, especially just for the basic one on top of that. So anyway some of the other girls decided not to go along with it because they couldnt afford that. My friend and I decided just to get the pedicure then. Turns out when we were paying the manager was very rude and told my friend that because she booked an apointment that $65 would be charged to everyone there or on my friends card. My friend told her that you never said that on the phone and the prices were a lot higher than we had expected. Turns out the manager there wasnt going to budge at all and we had to go tell the rest of the girls that they had to or their card would be charged. I was soooo shocked!! I never never had such a bad experience at a spa before in my life! Also, the pedicure I had was so basic that compared to the places I normally go to was not even as good for 1/3 of the same price. It was very ridicoulious! I just thought I would warn people here of our experience at this place before they decide to go.

Best Facial I have ever had. I have been going to Kinara for the past three years because I wouldn't let anyone except Asia touch my face. She gives an amazing facial. Skilled, and professional. When I first came to her I had blotchy dry spots on my face. Through her knowledgeable assessment of my skin, wonderful touch and choice of products I no longer have dry spots. I highly recommend her.

CARIN KINGSLAND ROCKS!. Carin Kingsland at Kinara is the best facialist in LA! Carin has the magic touch. My skin is so sensitive that usually I leave facials all red and blotchy. Not so with Carin - I leave her facials with smooth and glowing skin. I know several friends who swear by her too. She is simply the greatest!

BEST FACIAL EVER~!. On a recent visit to Los Angeles - my skin broke out - and my friend recommended that I go have a facial at Kinara and make sure I get Carin Kingsland - first time I called she was booked at the time I originally wanted and I almost went to see someone else - but my friend insisted that Carin is great and that since I was in town for a while I should make it my business to go see her - so I called back and got an appointment with her later in the day. I now understand why my friend insisted I see her - after I told her what problems I was having with my skin - she analyzed my skin for herself and provided a facial that was customized for my skin type and the problems I was having. After the facial when I looked in the mirror I had NO red marks like one usually does after extractions - Carin told me she loves extractions - no joking - she did a great job - and I couldn't recommend her enough! Now anytime I am out in LA - I make sure to book my appointment.
