Called, the dispatching service said a cab would get to my place in 5-15 minutes and the fare would be $40-45, cab came in 15 minutes, and the fare was $44. No surprises, no hassle. I had a good experience and will use the service again. I like the fact that they service a large area so I can keep their number programmed and call from just about anywhere in LA.

The drivers are fine. It's the dispatching company that is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. First time they forgot my reservation for a pickup. After I called it still took 1/2 hour for cab to arrive. Second experience: called for cab, didn't arrive after 1/2 hour, so I called back. The dispatcher became belligerent and put me on hold - and hung up on me for complaining! I won't be using this taxi company again and I would advise anyone else to try another company, too.
