Cima's trademark Pacific fusion cuisine blends fresh ingredients and time-tested techniques from California and Asia. The result is festive, colorful creations that explode with distinctive flavors, like Kobe steak served with Maiktake mushrooms or black sea bass wrapped in steamed tea leaves. Cima is transformed on Friday and Saturday nights for its astounding East meets West Seafood buffet. The atmosphere is eclectic and contemporary with impeccable service and panoramic views of Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley. A vast wine selection offers the perfect complement to this extraordinary menu. It is a perfect place for a business lunch or corporate gathering. …
Great Buffet Food -- Very High Price. FOOD-Excellent food with a wide variety and good desserts. The buffet is spread out so there is a short line at worst. SERVERS-always very attentive and I feel excellent at their job. They are usually very personable and friendly. DECOR-Very nice decor layed out with lots of space for each table. PARKING-Easy parking because it is a hotel & the parking is free. MY FEELINGS-A delicious assortment of foods and all you want to eat with a very attentive staff to take care of you - YOU CANNOT MISS - But, it is expensive.
Try the Seafood Buffet. Great food selection and specialty drinks. They have food stations spread throughout the dinning are so lines are not too long unless you want lobster. I'm giving it a below average rating because you have to make reservations and they just started taking full deposits and no refunds.
Upscale atmosphere, great seafood buffet. I originally thought it was a little weird to go to a golf resort just to eat at one of its restaurants, but after eating at Cima, I don't even care. The seafood buffet is very fresh and has a great selection, and the other dishes are great too. If you go for lunch, order something that comes with a side of sweet potato fries. The service is incredibly attentive and fast, probably because there usually aren't too many people at the restaurant - it all makes for a pretty upscale, private dining experience.
We really appreciate your business and are excited that you enjoyed your experience!
Editorial Review. Red walls accent this Pan-Asian restaurant located inside San Gabriel Valley resort; seafood buffet featured on Friday and Saturday nights.

Cima.
A friend took me there on a Friday a few weeks ago. It is true the buffet is out of this world. all the shell fish you can eat, lobster, shrimp, oyster...
I wish I had not eaten breakfast or lunch. The decor is modern. Our waiter was running around like a crazy man but was very friendly. No charge for parking .RJ
Best Dinner ever had. I found the food and the place to be the best I have tried in Southern California. The impressive Seafood Buffet and great selection of exquisite dishes made it for a wonderful experience.
Exquisite.
I had the most enjoyable time at this restaurant. The food, the service and the management were first rate. But also the atmosphere and views of the city are breathtaking.
The Buffet on the weekends is one the best I haver had. I will defenitly will return again and again. Ask for Sally and she will take care of you.
Cima Restaurant. Great View and fantastic seafood buffet. We ate outside on the deck and had an expansive view north towards the city and mountains. Buffet had everything imaginable...oysters, sushi, fresh crab, lobster, prime rib, BBQ to order...you name it.
Chef's Tables. CIMA has unbelievable Chef's Tables or buffet on Friday and Saturday nights. They call it Chef's Tables because throughout the restaurant there are actions stations where food is prepared right in front of you! Lots of seafood with oysters shucked to order. View of the San Gabriel Valley is amazing! Great service, ask for Lito or Robert.
