This restaurant exceeds our expectation. After I found a few of my favorite dishes at this restaurant, such as the very authentic and labor intensive Chinese steamed pearl meat balls, the Fu-Zo fish ball soup, and the delicious Korien wide rice noodle salad, I went back again, and also arranged a get-together there. Even though we had to pay half of the group rate for the 4 and 5 years-old, the total experience of the facility and services exceeded our expectation. My family and I want to say "Thank you Golden Coast Buffet for doing a great job for us!"

Comparison. In my opinion, Golden Coast Buffet is better than the other 2 buffets I've been to, which is Zen Buffet and Hometown Buffet. Compared to those two, I would say GCB is a five star restaurant.

IN TOP 5 CHINESE BUFFETS NATIONALLY TRAVELING SALES MANAGER. I HAVE TRAVELED THE ENTIRE LOWER 48 FOR 32 YEARS AS A SALES MANAGER AND LIKE TO THINK I PUT THE CHINESE BUFFET CONCEPT ON THE MAP. MY FRIENDS SURE THINK I DO. THIS ONE IS IN MY ALL TIME TOP 5 NATIONALLY. GREAT SEAFOOD, NICE AUTHENTIC SAUCES AND FLAVORS. MY COLLEAGUES ALL AGREE. WE HAVE DRIVEN OVER AN HOUR OUT OF OUR WAY TO GET THERE. MY MOTTO ON CHINESE BUFFETS IS IN THE MIDWEST GO WHERE THE COPS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY GUYS GO...IN CALIFORNIA WHERE ASIAN FOLKS GO...AND YOU'LL SEE LOTS OF COPS, POWER COMPANY, AND ASIAN PEOPLE CHOWING DOWN HERE. IT'S TERRIFIC AND REASONABLY PRICED.

Superior restuarant, many choice of great foods, a combination of east and west, highly recommended!. I love the restaurant. It's the one fits all restaurant. Since It offers great choice of different foods, it's perfect for a group of people from young to old. No matter you love Asian food or American foods, you can always find your favor foods there. I highly recommend it.

worst experience ever. horrible and disgusting experience. the food made me gag. As an asian that likes to try different asian restaurants, this is by far the worst place that i have eaten at. most of the food is cold. it tasted like last night's leftover food that was reheated over and over again by a microwave. i got really sick and threw up for two days. I know that there are certain standards to buffet, and not much is expected, but this place is the worst. if u don't believe me, u should try it for yourself.

One of Best Buffet in town. They offer an assortment of quality food and services at an affordable price, lots of choice: Japanese and Korean ,Chinese food, From fresh seafood to hot and mild chicken wings to all types of sashimi and sushi, including salmon and tuna, they have all! I went there many times with my friends and from what I saw, most of the food are prepared with skill and knowledge of Asian Food.

Overall its a very good place to eat, have fun!

Lots of Food for Great Value. If you're hungry for asian food - this is the place to go. From sushi to korean BBQ to crab legs...endless amount of food. Rush hours during Fri-Sun 6-8pm, but they do take reservations =) This place is one of the most popular buffet places around the area. Well worth the value considered the amount of seafood and meat dishes they have.

Above Review Probably Written by a Competitor. Let's face it- buffets generally don't have the best food, service, or decor. However, Golden Coast has a pretty good variety of food, including sushi. Is it Ginza Sushiko-quality sushi? Of course not, but it's better than you think it'd be for the price. Overall, decent food and an excellent value. I've eaten there after UCLA football games 3-4 times.

Don't go there any more. I have been there once. Generally speaking, it is not good. There are not to many

kinds food to choose from and you have to pay for the drinks.
