Special C Special C!. Really really cheap and greasy Mexican food makes this place a must. Outdoor seating and to-go bags even if you are to stay reveal cheapness but food is delicious and fast. The Special C (2 bean and cheese burritos and a drink) for about 3 bucks cannot be beat. Tasty guacamole and yummy enchilada sauce on top of your burrito makes the meal perfect!

Great burritos and tacos!. I had their burritos (carne asada) good and couldn't finish it in one sitting! Also their soft tacos (any meat) is good. And also you can't forget their chips and salsa!!!

Cheap but tasty mexican food!!!. This place has got to be one of the cheapest, but most delicious fast food mexican joints that i have come across!!! I give a two thumbs up to the SPECIAL C on the menu. They have numerous locations, but if you go to the one in Redondo Beach make sure you call in your order at least an hour ahead because there is always a long line:)

one of the best mexican food places in the South Bay. cant miss this place---theres always a huge crowd out front of this food shack at all hours of the day and night. they have great authentic mexican food with big and filling portions. great location---go here before or after a day at the beach. i hope this lil local fave sticks around for yrs to cooommme.

Best Burrito Shop in Torrance Hands-down. their carne asade burritos are absolutely phenomenal. the tortilla has just the right amount of stretch and chewyness, and the guacamole, tomato sauce and sour cream works magically with the rice, beans and meat underneath. Big and fat, you'll easy fall into a coma after eating one of these beasts. To top it all of, you get endless chips and salsa--this is the best part of the restaurant. The chips and salsa are made fresh everyday and are a perfect appetizer (since it's free too!) before you get to the main course.
