Good selection, hefty adult section. Video West is one of those old fashioned neighborhood video rental places. The staff are friendly and the selection wide and varied considering the size of the place (small). A large part of the store is dedicated to adult entertainment, primarily of the gay persuasion. The store is open so not for the "discreet". But this is West Hollywood, so who cares.

great local video place. francis is a doll... most of the staff is great but a few new guys are a little rude. good prices

fab selection of films and its DOG FRIENDLY!!

A bit too much attitude, thank you.. Friends and I have encountered a bit too much "attitude" from the staff in the West Hollywood Video West location; staff at the Studio City Video West store are generally much friendlier and more laid back. Selection varies with the location, and here too I give the Valley store the edge over West Hollywood.

good for the east-coasters. if you're from nyc and mourn having left kim's video behind, this place is the answer to your prayers. if it's on video or dvd, it's here. anywhere else you could rent "firecracker," "harry potter," and the third season of "the mary tyler moore show" at once is brilliant.
