get a so-so carwash & a broken windshield!

this has to be the worst carwash on the westside! i took my car in for a wash & it emerged with a giant fissure down the center of the windshield as well as shards of glass on the hood & a small nick on the windshield as if something had struck it or fallen from overhead. when i brought this to the attention of the owner, he said the split was there when i brought it in (which it was not). he walked over to another car & said yes, this car had a windshield break already. that particular car he was refering to wasn't my car. upon pointing out my actual car with new windshield fissure, he then lectured me about how long he'd been in business. instead of hearing me out & looking for a solution, he just offered this pat answer over & over again: "it was there when you brought the car in".his business skills are obviously lacking & he must not have been around long enough to know that customers are the backbone of his or any business. without customers, he won't be in business much longer with an an awful, poor customer service attitude like that. so long story short, if you want to avoid getting a broken windshield, avoid the handy j. if you want a good carwash, go elsewhere & patronize that business.

THEIVES!!!!

I have been coming to this place for years and I always remove my valuables. However, on this particular day, I noticed my sunglasses in their case, in the console of my car and I figured, instead of taking them out I would bury them at the bottom and cover it with napkins and my car phone charger. When I got my car back, the first thing I did was open up my console to see my sunglasses case at the top and the napkins pushed to the side. I looked in my case to of course, find it empty. The only thing the manager said to me was, "We have a sign that says to remove your belongings and that we are not responsible for missing items". The police said that there is nothing they can do either. Great. I will NEVER go back to that place. The car wash isn't even that great.
- Pros: Outdoor Grill is right next to it and you can eat while they steal your stuff
- Cons: No one is willing to help the customer out

Horrible!!!

Don't ever go there. They left my car in neutral gear and let it roll into an outdoor grill next door. The bumper had to be replaced. After several letters to the business and talking to the manager asking for the repair costs, I now have to go to court in order to get my money for the occurred damage. So, if you like your car, don't ever go there!!!
- Pros: Can't think of any.
- Cons: Extensive car damage
