WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!

awful service! dont use this travel agency! if you ever have been to this travel agency, the place is a mess! there is paper EVERYWHERE!!

i called this week and they told me one price for tickets, they kept putting me on hold for two weeks and kept saying they would call me back but never did..when i finally got ahold of them, they told me a different price! and when i told them that they quoted me the original price, the lady said, well why the hell are you calling then if you know the prices.

horrible place

Do not ever use this place. This place has horrible customer serivce. Everytime I call, they will put me on hold forever, and after many phone calls, they told me they have confirmed my ticket and I faxed them my credit card number and signature. A week later, when I was going to go and pick up the ticket, they told me they were not able to get the ticket for me because there were some issue with the booking. At least they should have called me right away if that is not avaiable?! Lilian is the worst, she has a horrible attitude and was extremely rude.
