Great Manicure/Pedicure Experience. This is my favorite place for manicures and pedicures. The staff are friendly and they do take their time with careful attention to detail. I do not, however, recommend this place for waxing. I got my eyebrows waxed here only once, but that was enough for me to decide not to go back for that. The lady who did the waxing did double-dip the stick (gross). She also left quite a few stray hairs. I had to pluck them myself when I got home. Sure their eyebrow waxing is less than what I pay at my usual place for that, but I couldn't stand the poor quality of their work. Bottom line: I highly recommend their manicure and pedicure services, but not their waxing.

relaxing environment at an inexpensive price. You would think walking into this place that it would be more on the expensive side, but the prices are actually quite reasonable! You can get your eyebrows waxed for $10 in a more relaxing environment, then do some shopping at Urban Outfitters down the street with the money you saved.

Don't get the bikini wax!. Oh, man. I like this place for manis, pedis and eyebrow waxing, but the bikini wax was terrible. Hanah double-dipped in the wax (isn't that illegal?) and didn't use gloves. I had to ask for fresh paper - she told me to sit down without changing the wrinkly paper on the table on which I spied some hairs! Yuck. And isn't that illegal too? Finally, she pulled the hair off so badly one side that I had bruises for 4 days. I was in so much pain I didn't check the work - she had left a lot of hair behind on both sides so there was no way I could wear my bathing suit (which is not very very high-cut) afterwards. What sloppy work. I'm going to a place that specializes in waxing next time.

Best deal in town. If you want a long, relaxing, and sanitary pedicure for a decent price...this is the place to go. The ladies are nice, and it is a pleasant atmosphere to relax in.

WONDERFUL!. I work in the beauty industry, specifically spa, and i LOVE this place. it is very near my home and for the price i feel very pampered and relaxed when i go in. The talk between technicians is minimal and if i am feeling like i want to relax and be quiet, i feel no pressure to carry on a conversation. the service is fast to get in and they take their time while i'm there. My polish stays on for a very lengthy amount of time too, which is unusual! I recommend this nail spa and have referred several of my friends to them. The music is wonderful too....

communication breakdown..... and assembly line attitude from the proprietor. I went in to get these gel nails I have heard wonderful things about, but haven't been able to find offered anywhere. They said they provided them over the phone. I explained that due to my proffesion, my nails are in VERY POOR shape. The woman over the phone suggested I come in and, "we will see". I went in... nice atmosphere...friendly people... but no one could comprehend that I didn't want long acrylic nails. I explained to the actual manicurist man what I wanted, thinking he would know what I mean. He nodded and said, "OK, tips with gell over" I said, "OK"... I wouldn't mind a bit of legnth beyond my fingertips. So as he goes along, I get a pedicure as well. DELUXE.. which wasn't very. I've had beter for half the price. Still they lady was very nice. I am not a "nail/manicure" person. The gentleman did his business. He didn't understand the shape I wanted... not a brick, but not claws. He gave me very dull claws that point toward the sky!!! Further more... I leave, get an opinion and I am told that what I have are not gel, but acrylic and he just painted gell over..... I repeated gelIseveral times... and assumed that this establishment would know the difference between gell and acrylics... they are the professionals, not me! I am not a rich woman, this was a metter of necessity to keep my nails somewhat healthy while preventing them from tearing half way down to my cuticle at work. From my understanding, acrylics are worse. So, if you are looking for a place where people listen to what you say... really listen, don't go to Eden Day Spa. If you want the average manicure or pedicure; it is a nice place. The ambiance is different, however the service is not. But be prepared for a slightly higher service rate.

Love This Place. Eden is pleasantly not your run of the mill nail place. Tranquil atmosphere & every girl there is nice & does a great job. Prices are comparable to other places.

The tranquil atmosphere is more relaxing than most nail places. I'm a fan of this place because they do a good job, the prices are pretty average but the atmosphere is quite a bit nicer than average. It doesn't have that assembly-line feel that so many nail places have, instead it is quite small and intimate, they often play classical music, and they have a very nice selection of OPI nail colors.

awful!!. This place is terrible. The manicures / pedicures are decent, a little $$, but it's the service that sucks- particularly the reception person that is normally there. He is very strange , rude, and has absolutely no social skills. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Save yourself and avoid it!

Garden of Eden?. Went here this week with a friend...thought I would treat myself as a pedicure here is almost twice as much as my regular place. While I thought the atmosphere was somewhat cool (eden like) any feeling of tranquility I had was shattered by the receptionist who yelled out some obscene word and slammed down the sign they had outside (I guess he wanted to close the store)....Aside from all that I had a parafin wax treatment done to my feet which I never had before - was only $5 but my feet did not really feel any softer after. The girl tried to talk me into a flower on my toes - when I finally gave in - the flower was so bad I had her remove it....oh well
