best authentic korean food in town – I go to eat here all the time. I would say at least once a month. Kang Nam is by far my favorite Korean restaurant. If you want Authentic Korean Food, then this is your place. This place also serves seafood as well as sushi. I havent tried the seafood but have had the sushi on many of occasions. I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness as well as the portions. I am a fan for life.
Korean Food done just Right...... – For me, if I want to go and eat Korean food in Los Angeles, this is the first place that comes to my mind. Not only do they have a wide selection of typical Korean dishes, everything is just damn good. The secret? The owner of the place is a chef and does the shopping for the ingredients himself everyday. You can see him there 7 days a week. Most of the other Korean restaurant owners are not chefs and don't put as much time, care, and energy into their restaurant. This is why you can taste the difference.
Best Korean food in LA – This is an old school Korean restaurant where most of the clients are Korean. The place has been here for like 25+ years, so they must be doing something right. It is not the cheapest Korean restaurant in town, but you are paying for quality and not quantity like most of the places in Ktown. If you go with a group of friends, it's very affordable and you will not leave feeling hungry. This is definitely the go to place for me and my Korean friends for our Korean food fix!
Pick from sushi, BBQ, or soups at Koreatown's variety restaurant. – In Short
Two is better than one: The large open space at this K-town restaurant holds more than just one cuisine. At one end of the restaurant folks can step right up to a table or the counter for sashimi and house special rolls. Meanwhile, the opposite end is where you'll find the Korean barbecue area where stainless grills heat up at the center of the long mahogany tables. Both sections hold a rowdy crowd, but it's the small mid-section that draws in the local critics who know good Korean comfort fare when they taste it.
Well.....felf I got ripped off – They have a nice size of parking lot and easy to find a spot. Atmosphere is not that
bad and looks clean. Many choies for Korean, Japanese food which is nice.
BUT, to me, the price of dishes are too much for the quality of food.
Not particularly delicious. This could be a personal choice but compare to other Korean
restaurants around K-Town, $10 some over priced.
