I do not recommend this studio at all. Similar to the reasons of the person just before me, this guy is a total scam. I am a teacher and have given adjustments without touching them improperly. This in addition to the "master" teacher's enormous ego makes all of his classes painful to sit through. They become completely boring, if not slightly menacing to sit through. If he's not trying to cop a feel and turning on the charm, he becomes menacing and casts terrible looks your way. Avoid at all costs!!!

Pros: non

Cons: scary instructor, boring cookie cutter classes

I have been practicing for a few years and just moved to the area, unfortunately the classes here are lacking in every way. The "master teacher" has the biggest ego of anyone (teacher or not) I have ever met, in fact, his classes (AVOID) are led by his monster ego and his ability to come very close to molesting students and passing it off as correcting their poses. In addition to the very overt creepiness, almost all of the classes are the exact same....they follow a set routine that no one dares stray from....on the schedule the names of the classes will be different, but in fact the "curative yoga" class is the same as "classical hatha" class...which makes no sense. Overall, this was a very disappointing studio, if you're a beginner, it seems as though no one has the knowledge or desire to help you learn, and if you're intermediate or advanced, there is no reason that you would want to do the same exact poses and get touched inappropriately when you could be enhancing your practice somewhere else.

Pros: if you must go here, take a class taught by Christy (beginners)

Cons: pretty much everything
