Lazy...

I've been going to this car wash because it was a convenient location for me but lately I've noticed that they don't do a good job here.

One, when the car comes out of the tunnel, it's not clean, they have to wipe it down to get it clean. And that's where the problem is...I've had multiple instances where the people wiping the car down didn't wipe it down cleanly and the car had streaks all over it. Most recently, it was a hot day so I guess the person that was wiping my car down decided to just pretend he was wiping it down but didn't. My car had soap streaks on the hood, the windows and rear bumper still had dirt on them, and the interior wasn't even wiped down.

Had this been an isolated incident, I would have probably overlooked it but this seems to be a common occurance here.

There is a car wash right up the street that probably cost a $1 more so I will try them out. I will not be going back here again.

Terrible service; they damaged my car.

I went into Royal Hand Wash for their Gold Wash service, and I have the following complaints:

1) My car was still dirty in a number of places when they tried to return it to me.

2) My car was damaged while in their possession, as though another vehicle had collided with it in their back lot.

3) When I mentioned to the manager that I was unhappy with the service, he rudely retorted that he was unhappy that he had to wait 15 minutes for me to pick the car up after they had finished.

4) After I paid and returned to my car, I saw that one of the employees had, maliciously, placed the point of a pen on the front passenger seat in such a manner that it would have torn open the upholstery if anything put weight on it. I can only hope that there are no more ``booby traps'' for me to find.

Considering the interior and body damage to my car that resulted from this transaction, I will never frequent Royal Hand Wash again.

WORSE SERVICE; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I've been to different hand washes & car washes. This is the worse I've ever experienced. I asked for full service which includes wax, interior/exterior dressing and car freshner. Needless to say, after 45 minutes, they forgot all those. They weren't even busy when I went. I showed them the receipt and it took them another 30 minutes. When they were done, I noticed that no interior dressing was done in the back. The interior dressing in the dashboard and doors were uneven. I stepped out of the car for them to "try" to fix it. While outside, I noticed that the car had water dripping from the trunk, side mirrors and doors. They had to wipe it again. When I was about to leave, I noticed that the interior dressing was still uneven and smeared the windhshield. I asked them what kind of dressing they use. The attendant said that It was Armor All. I specifically told them to use Lexol dressing since Armor All cracks the dash and leather. He shrugged and said they can't do anything about it. After being there for more than an hour, I'm never going back. If you love your car, you wouldn't bring it there.
