In Short
Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.

Best Fast Food in the area.. This place is pretty darn good for fast food. Most of the time you'll have to wait in line, but its worth it. Its a fast food place set up soup-kitchen style and you get to pick what ingredients you want slammed into your burrito or tacos. They have chicken, beef, pork, and even vegan style if you want. Everything always seems freshly prepared. Service is always quick and courteous. Only complaint I have is that theres not a lot of space to move around by their free-refill drink counter so if you're gonna eat in you'll wanna find an out of the way seat so you don't get crowded such as outside in the patio area. Overall, 9 out of 10.

The burritos are huge and delicious!. I didn't think Baja Fresh burritos could be beat, but I guess I'm wrong about that. The barbacoa (shredded beef) is very flavorful, just spicy enough. The asada is juicy and tender. For the vegans, the black bean fajita burrito with guacamole is delicious. I'm not much of a rice eater, but the cilantro rice is a nice change of pace from other places. The chips and salsas are fresh (careful, the red stuff's hot). If I'm shopping in this shopping center here, I almost always have lunch at Chipotle.
