Target Portrait Studio Worst Experience.
Don't go there! I had the worst experience with the photographer, Erika at the Target photo Studio in Pasadena. Her manager is Melissa. We didn't even get our photos taken, that was how bad. Don't go there!
I made an appointment today at 4pm for a portrait of my 2 kids--ages 4 and 6. We arrived a few minutes late, but the group in front also arrived late at 3:40pm It was a large group of 6 people with dress changes so we waited pass 4:35pm. My 4 year old son was thirsty and hungry. So, I asked the receptionist Virginia how much longer we needed to wait and she said 10 minutes so we left to get something to drink. When we returned 10 minutes later, Erika decided to let the 4:30pm appointment go ahead of us. She was rude and closed the studio door on us. I am very upset because everyone was late; but we waited more than half an hour to be told we would have to go after the group behind us that was late also. She didn't need to make my kids wait, be hungry, and upset. Worst, even if we were on time, the group ahead of us didn't finish until 4:35pm--35 minutes past our appointment. Even the receptionist, Virginia supported us and apologized---"I feel so bad."
We wasted more than one hour of our precious afternoon driving to Target, waiting, getting upset, and coming home with nothing. This was a horrible experience for us and we will never return or recommend Target Studios to any of our friends, families, co-workers and neighbors.
