great services. The workmen were polite, knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. in really words its great services

Kitchen Remodeling. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with kithchen remodeling.

If you were in a scene from a movie about buying a refrigera. My name is Rick, I live in los feliz, and this is not a fake review.

Returned from family Xmas trip to find refrigerator had died. Huge mess, brown pool on floor, everything inside fuzzy like a giant rotten pumpkin. It was wednesday, Dec 30 ... tomorrow was thurs new year's eve ... then friday holiday, everything closed. Top it all off, monday Jan 3rd my wife's family was arriving for extended visit. TOTAL emergency. Usually I am a very methodical shopper, no impulse purchaser, but I knew absolutely nothing about refrigerators. First of I was completely shocked at how expensive everything was at best buy and sears, even with all the year-end sales deals. Moreover, I discovered I needed a left-hinge, counter-depth unit, so that eliminated about 85% of the standard appliances I saw online, and all the low-price deals were not accurate or even available to me.

I tried to have the old refrigerator fixed, but the overheated compressor had pushed hot oil into the coils where it solidified. I got down and made him show me ... whole cooling coil system thing was blocked. By the time repair dude admitted defeat, it was 5:30pm. Called my neighbor who knew some guy who knew some guy ... which is how I came to call Absolute appliances in the first place. I would never, EVER have gone to this store otherwise. Terrible location. Dodgy neighborhood. I read the entry from the guy who got threatened in the parking lot and I'm not surprised. By the time I made the call it was 6pm and they were closing. The sales guy I reached, Edward, agreed to drive back from the valley after dinner, reopen the store, and meet me at 8:00. This poor guy then proceeded to stay with me for the next 2 hours while I asked every single question I could think of. I looked at every feature on every single model in the store, and all the while Ed speechified about the glorious, exciting life of appliance sales. And whole time I was there he was online searching for the specific package of features I wanted, without anything I didn't want. Also negotiating the bizarre, twisted world of appliance pricing websites to get me the perfect deal. So I learned how manufacturer's deals really work, for instance. Think Detroit. Anyway, the unit I finally purchased, a Bosch, wasn't even one in his store. He found it online somewhere, and had it shipped in. Only bummer was I had to wait several days because every appliance warehouse on earth apparently closes at the start of each year for inventory ... whatever that means. So, Ed LOANED me a refrigerator. A nice one, a frigidaire. His guys came and installed it on monday. Then they came back on saturday, took it out, and installed my Bosch. Pretty painless.

Really, I cannot imagine how I could have had a better experience anywhere else. Seriously, I told Ed I would call his boss and try to get him a raise. But he gave me the link to this blog instead. Now … having said all this, I've noticed that most of the negative reviews on this site have to do with repair work. Hopefully I will not have any need of this part of Absolute's business. That would be disappointing. But if I do I guarantee I will come back blog about that too. Again my name is Rick, I have a wife and two boys age 4 and 10 mos., I live in los feliz, and this is not a fake review.

Fastest Availability. Awesome Service. Great Price. My dad called in asking to see if they had a certain size sink in stock. They could get it in a few days but had a different one. I needed less than 30" wide and right away. They had one that was 22". Very Happy. Would definitely recommend to all friends.

Excellent Deals, and selection. Overall, a great experience. I probably learned more than I wanted to about appliances, but ultimately, will take their advice and stay away from several over-priced high end brands that show no quality, and bad service. They advised me which brands to go with, and which companies I will most likely be satisfied with. While I am still waiting for my appliances to get delivered, I give these guys thumbs up for great service. Alex, Edward, and Ace, are the people who assisted me throughout my shopping experience. They even offered a price match guarantee if I find lower prices. I can't ask for more!
