Grateful For the Last 10 Years. I want to let you know that I am very grateful for making my stay at 1026 #6 very enjoyable during the last 10 years. I appreciate that we have been flexible with each other and the years here have been very important to me. Amazing Synchronicity!!. Thanks for all the help this week. I am amazed at how the YBM staff was able to coordinate everything perfectly from the time of our first conversation up to moving day +1. I am so excited to be living in this wonderful building. I like everyone in YBM. Many thanks to YBM and their caring staff.

UNRESPONSIVE UNRELIABLE UNTRUSTWORTHY. We have been trying to contact them for the past MONTH and they have not returned our calls, despite leaving numerous messages. NO WONDER they have such a lousy reputation. Well deserved crappy rating. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT AGGRAVATION!!!

YBM Rocks. YBM is on it...Love our new place and the prompt responses to all of our requests and needs.. LOVE JOANA, VLADIMIR and ELI..they just hustle and get any/ everything done for us... Our gardeners and all maintenance crews are always open to any special requests we may have.. Our place is well maintained {on both ends}... The open communication we have with YBM reassures us that they care and listen!

Beautiful Apartment, Horrible Management. I recently moved out of a YBM property and had a horrible experience trying to reclaim my security deposit. It was lost in the mail and 2 weeks past when I was legally entitled to receive it I was given the run around about getting another check. I was told for two days that there was no one there to sign a new check. It is also ridiculous to think that there was no one around to sign a replacement check for 48 hours. While it is not their fault it was lost in the mail it was not mine either. I left 3 messages trying to determine when I could get a new check with no response and when I finally was able to contact someone I was told that it was not a priority to return my phone call since it was the beginning of the month.

When I finally did receive my check it did not include the 2 years worth of interest I was entitled to and it had a $150 cleaning fee deducted that I was not told of when I asked what repairs/fees would be removed from my deposit. If I had been told of this I would not have spent 2 days cleaning the apartment top to bottom and I also would have reminded them that the apartment was filthy when I moved in.

While I lived there I had repeated problems with maintenance having to be repeated because it was not completed fully or skillfully the first time (like when they used putty to fill a half inch crack in a toilet, or 2 tries to fix a leak in the sink).

Pros: beautiful apartment, nice neighborhood

Cons: shady management, hidden fees, non-responsive.

Very shady rental procedures. They are nice when it comes to taking care of maintenance issues but beware of their policies in regards to tenants. They appear very shady in terms of what kind of people live in their buildings. Anything goes to make a buck. Do NOT rent from them, you'll live to regret it!

RENTER/BUYER BEWARE!!!. Aaron is a lousy, unprofessional, and has an awful attitude. Don't fall for his bulll and don't give him any cash for any security deposits. They pocket all this money and will deny you for any apartments they are "showing" on craigslist.
