Money well spent

Quality clothing!!! One of my favorite places to shop. I rarely have issues with clothing, but when I do, I just bring it back and they will take care of it.

Nordstrom has the best customer service, and the return policy is amazing. You can return things pretty much whenever you want, even months after your purchase.

I really like the customer service here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. No one is stuck up like at other retail stores. Plus, they have an amazing return policy where you can pretty much return something you don't like at any time. You don't have to stress if two weeks passed.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

All businesses should follow the Nordstrom model of customer service. There is no other business at this level of intelligence, care, pride, and long termrelationship building. They have my life long loyalty and that of everyone I know. They take great care of customers and I will always shop there. The staff is ready, enthusiastic, informed, caring, and always makes me feel good when I shop, return, browse. The greatest store in the world.
