Terrible Service. I waited 15 minutes to get an eye test by an assistant (I told them this was unnecessary because I had just seen an optometrist. They insisted). I then waited for two hours before I saw an eye-doctor. The eye-doctor looked at my eyes for about 5 minutes, decided there was nothing wrong with them and that it was just a deterioration of vision and excused me. The bill I received more than half a year later was for $340!

Great Care. My daughter's pediatrician referred us here when she started complaining of headaches. The care and confidence of the staff was extremely refreshing. Cost is a bit high, but you do get what you pay for. There can be a bit of a wait as the doctors move between rooms and patients.

Excellent knowledge and care. I've been a patient at the Institute for almost 6 months now. In the 4 years prior to my care here, the diagnosis and professional care for my condition was sketchy. The doctors here knew immediately what my problem was and had complete faith that I could be fitted with a contact lens, as worse cases had been fitted. In particular, I'd like to say the resident doctors take great care with their patients and the staff doctors follow-up their work with a clear, concise review. In my case, Dr. Mondino and his staff were exemplary. Dr. Annie Hu, Dr. Arti Shah, and Dr. Barry Weissman in the contact lens service clinic have been patient and persistent in getting the right fit for my contact lens. They all have been amazing.
