what a find!

We went exploring Larchmont Blvd. this weekend and Prado was a great find! This restaurant is a hidden treasure. I am sure people aren't reviewing it because they don't want to give the secret away. Sorry but I have to. This place is fantastic! The service, food, and ambiance are all top notch! I would go back in a heartbeat. My husband and I went with another couple and all four of us loved our food. Thank you Prado!

Excellent Carribean cuisine

This place is to die for.... Each time I go I sit outside because it is prime for people watching. I highly recommend the empanadas as an appetizer, so good you'll wonder how they disappeared off your plate so quickly. Also the Salmon is a great entree as well as the Grilled Lim Chicken. The prices are reasonable for the area which is right on Larchmont Blvd and don't forget to get a drink or two..... you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Pleasant atmosphere, good food, great portions

Took friends from San Francisco there early on a Saturday night. Not too crowded, no issue for not having reservations. Very, very personable Maitre d' and wait staff. Lots of local regulars in place (as one should always expect on Larchmont). We had Jamaican tamales, crabcakes, and the empanada appetizer. All was wonderful. The beans and rice as the side dish were excellent. The Korean spirit used in most of their cocktails was different, but worked well in the mojito I had. Decent beer and wine selection.

Pros: Quality of food, ambience, wait staff

Pleasantly Surprised

We stopped by Prado's one day after walking up and down Larchmont trying to decide on dinner. It turned out wonderful. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was top notch. I'll definitely be visiting more often.
