PRETTY GOOD OVERALL. staff very intelligent. i was looking to lower my car with a coil over kit, a lot of other shops just give me the run around and they gotta send it some where else , wich is a problem because my car is JDM as fxxx, i wouldnt want anyone to drive it but me. so i ended up in car stereo plaza and everything they do is inhouse even there financing. i got my car lower in 4 hours paid a fair price and it rides very good. i recomend this place to those seeking that extra upgrade to there cars.

audio paradise. dey had EVERYTHING U CAN IMAGINE.....rims audio indashes stereos......the staff was very helpful and knowledgable......they know what they talk about.....installation is sooo clean and satisfactory......they certified trained installers not like other places....also place looked clean.....i recommend it to all ya...;)

best audio shop''''''''''''. i was looking for a good sound system for my escalade along with some rims. i shoped around at other shops and they just dont know what theyre talking about. in one shop i even asked the sales man if the amp he was trying to sell me had a cross over(all amps up to date have xovers but i was testing his intellegence) his answer was that xovers dont exist anymore on amps. any ways i ended up at csp and the salesman sam is amzing. the guy knows his product left and right. i did my system and my 26. good service.

Customer beware, stay away. Customer beware, stay away

My greatest concern is their business ethics. They care little about customer service and even their products, they are, like most business doomed to fail, more engrossed with making money however dissatisfied the customer is.

Having paid in advance for the product, parts and labor and then waiting more than 30 days for the 'right' product to be shipped to them was a great mistake as I was forced (because I signed) to accept my fourth choice.

In less than eight months one of the tires I bought busted and wore out completely and they offered me no choices or discounts.

They can rarely explain some of their products, let alone their warranty. Their employees, and even the owners, often give customers the run around.

One employee even has 'F*ck a bitch' tattooed across his lower arm and makes no effort to cover it up.

I am not one to judge but who wants to do business with a grown man with that kind of vulgarity permanently inked onto a visible part of his body?

THE WORST CAR WORK DONE. I RECIVED THE PENNY SAVER AND SAW THERE AD..AND IN THE AD THERE WAS CHEAP PRICES FOR STEREO WORK BUT I NEVER KNEW THAT THE SAME PRICE THEY WHERE GIVING ME WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE .THESE GUY DO WORK THAT MY 3 YEAR OLD KID WOULD DO.. THEY CHARGED ME ONE PRICE AND ONCE MY CAR WAS READY THEY CHARGED ME THE TRIPLE OF WHAT I WAS GONING TO PAY.THEY KEEPT MY OLD STEREO AND NEVER ASK ME IF I WANTED IT BACK .AND I ASKED FOR IT BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS BROKIN SO THEY KEEPT IT WHICH WAS NOT TRUE CUZ I JUST WASENTED A NEW STEREO FOR MY CAR THEY BROKE MY DASH BORED LOOKED LIKE THEY USED A SCREWDIVER TO TAKE OUT MY STEREO AND MY CDS WHERE MISSING THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE RESPONABILTY FOR THEM.AND A WEK AFTER MY STEREO STARTED TO BLOW SMOKE CUZ OF THE POOR WIREING JOB THEY SAY THEY WHERE NOT RESPONABLY FOR IT.AND ALL THEY SAID WAS ALL THEY CAN DO IS A 20% DISCONT ON MY NEXT JOB I WOULD do WITH THEM.WHICH I WAS NEVER GONA GO BACK THE SALE PERSON NAME KEVIN IS A F"EN LIER I WOULD NOT RECAMEND THIS PALCE AT ALL SO WHEN IT COME TO CAR STUFF THESE GUYS ARE KIDS FOR THIS TYPE PF WORK

Shoddy work.... I had windows tinted, alarm, radio and interior work done. The work on the stereo, alarm, roof and tint was satisfactory but the other work was shoddy. Pieces were left on the car floor which I had to replace myself, screws all around the floor, pieces left off in places.. also, parts of my driver side door is missing. I paid ALOT of money to get this work done and they did GHETTO standard work. They said they would fix my dashboard and all they did was put a cheap piece of carpet or whatever over the damage and it wasn't even put on right... I had to cut out vent holes myself on it. When I picked up my car, the salesman OMAR was nowhere to be found so my objections fell on confused ears. They also charged me $180 for2 window motors when they're only about $30 each! I would go back to have them fix their work but... THEY LIE. Also, they told me my car was finished when I called them and when I arrived the car was nowhere near finish... WTF? So the next day when I came back after they told me it was finished, I had to wait AGAIN for hours until they half-ass finished it with parts strewn everywhere. They need to STOP LYING to customers. If they did this, their business would be A+. I guess being from Jordan, they feel they don't have to tell infidels the truth.

Only looking for quick sale. Too many salesmen looking to make a sale, terrible service. Took FIVE HOURS to install after they promised two. Had to come back 2 times w/in a month to get things fixed that broke, another 2 hours each. Finally got everything working after they had to install a different model head ubit bc the one I wanted broke and was on back order for months. Overall horrendous experience, highly regret. Nice enough ppl tho.

EVERYTHING IS A LIE. They got us in there with one price, and came up with a much higher number for a product that was not worth it. Our front speakers do not work. The radio does not get the stations, and the speakers promised were not given to us. They don't want to fix the problems that we are having. The alarm we got that should of been one price installed ended up costing us another $50 for installation. Everyone we spoke to while waiting 6 hours for installation spoke on how bad the service was and how they didn't get the price that was told to them in the first place. I would suggest you try shopping around before going there.
