great price, great service, not even recommend place
I have been a car enthusiast for over 30 yrs. I was referred to this biz by a friend two yrs ago. I have since brought in a MBZ, a Jag and a Range Rover. In each and every case of repair or maintenance I was treated very professionally and charged fairly. I have referred Swedish to several of my friends who have had the same positive experiences. From a simple oil change to major projects, they always came through for me. In one case, I had to bring my car back and was dreading how I might be treated, or how much extra it might cost. They took the time to explain and show me what happened, did extra work, and told me "no charge". Now THAT is a company I will gladly refer.
Thank you Swedish motor, for the amazing work and upkeep that you perform on our vehicles (Volvos), and for the honesty and integrity that is reflected in your work. Also, thanks for taking care of my moms car as well ........ it's amazing that after having to spend hundreds of dollars elsewhere to try and figure out what was wrong with her car ........ YOU are the one who finally figured it out, and for much much less, I might add! Thanks again ~ you're an asset to our community!"

Awesome service, these guys really know what they are doing. They fixed my BMW and even washed it! They also dropped me off and picked me up from my office which made the visit painless and easy.
CROOKS!!! CROOKS!!! CROOKS!!.
This place needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM SWEDISH MOTORS !!! They are CROOKS!! They made my Saab worst after taking it there.
1) Incompetence, I took my car there 3 times in 1 week to have them fix the same problem. They NEVER fixed problem.
2) Reckless, Swedish Motors damaged my center console while installing a faulty ignition switch in my car.
3) Shady, After getting my car fixed by 2 GUYS FROM SWEDEN. I attempted to return the faulty ignition switch that SWEDISH MOTORS installed. They would not give me a refund on the part. even though I fell well within the 1 year warranty.
4) Rude- Over the phone The owner told me to come in and return the part once I got there. The Owner decided not to honor his own word and return policy printed on their receipt. Then the owner threw the part back at me and told me to deal with it.
So I am via word of mouth and through the BBB...
P.S. I wouldn't trust the good reviews the owner probably wrote them.

We tried to resolve the matter with the customer as best as we could. The customer brought the car into us for repair only once. We made a followup appointment with the customer to review the customers concerns with the repairs - customer did not make it to the appointment nor brought back the car at a later time.
As far as the center console, before performing repairs, we warned the customer about the deteriorating condition it was in. Removing the center console would cause damage.
Refund - there was an issue with the part returned. When inspected, it was damaged. The customer removed the part on his own - we had no way of telling if it was the same part installed here at our shop.
We strive to provide the best customer experience here at Swedish Motors -> throwing parts at customers is not what we do. We repair automobiles.
First time @ Swedish Motors. I do give a good score to the mechanic's that did a very well Job on my car took it in for a transmission flush and did a well job I was notified that they also did other check on the engine they gave me a head up on my oil service and other issues as well.I do trust them with my car's need.I ask how long have they been in bussines they said they are under new managment,new onweship aswell.Meet new owner and I do approve of their service thanks guys good job.
I wish I could give them a lower score - too bad you can't do negative star reviews here..
NO NO NO - These guys are completely shady and downright rude.
I have spent over 2 grand in the last three weeks with them, and my car broke down again last night. What for? The EXACT same issue that started all the repairs. Each time I got my car back from him, there were new problems all of them somehow "missed" the first time. I wouldn't even recommend this place to the girl that slept with my fiance. They have no concept of customer service. They actually yelled at me over the phone for daring to question there genius. Please, for the love of god, do not give them your hard earned cash.
PS, took it to another place and learned that it was 150.00 fix instead of the Swedish Motors quoted 1200.00
Great Job. We have taken our Mercedes C280 and Porsche 911 to be serviced and always received great service and a great price. With a recent Porsche 911 service we saved over 34% from the cost quoted by a Porsche dealer. Great Job!!
so-so. well, they don't seem to want to take the time to really figure out what the problem. the guys aren't too friendly, which i wouldn't care about if i felt i could trust them. i have driven out of their shop only to have the car stall on the way home-- this has happened twice! time to try a new mechanic.
