very athletic..recently had surgery..have never had a trainer that could get me better results than I could get on my own but I FINALLY found one. Michael at Boditron has been training me for 4 weeks and in those four weeks I have lost weight and regained an incredible amount of strength. Highly recommend him! :)

Husband and I joined about 2 months ago, we were World Gym refugees that had no place to go, a friend of ours suggested Boditron and I must say - we are extremely happy with our new gym family. Highly recommend classes!
