Okay service. I went in just for color....I was early for my appointment and was still taken in kinda late....my hair took a bit long to get done but by the time it was time for the stylist to blowdry my hair, i was running late for a concert that i was supposed to....i had asked the stylist to cut my bangs but becuz of the time, i told her to forget it and just put mousse in my hair to make it semi curly...she felt bad she couldn't really do my hair...and i kinda blame that this jewelry sales man came in and she decided to check that out instead of focusing on my hair...she did know what i wanted though and promised me a discount the next time....

Perfect Visit. I visited Diana at this salon and it was a great experience. After visiting Soothing Elements and getting the worst hair color and experience imaginable, Diana made a total difference. She is polite and helpful when it comes to suggestions. She went out of her way to make sure she was satisfied with the haircut she had given me. She also gave me a complimentary deep conditioning and gave me $10 off for my first visit. She is simply wonderful.
