Chemical Hero

I bought a spa from a local retail shop about 18 months ago and had nothing but problems regarding the water being unclear and an unappealing ring that continued to reappear along the walls of the spa. I went back to the retail store I had purchased the spa and the employee that sold me the spa was extremely rude and didn?t seem to know anything about the chemicals he sold me. I had pay close to $12,000 for this spa and was worried that it was not going to be useable in a few years. I found JC Spas through a friend that recommended JC and his service. I brought a sample of my water into him and the he right away gave me a supply of chemicals that not only cleared my water within 24 hours and removed the ring in my spa but also lasted me 6 months. I will never use anyone else.

Amazing Service for an Amazing Price

My husband and I are, what we like to think, average working Americans. We had been saving for 3 years for a swim spa but still didn?t seem to be able to afford any of the spas we say at the spa shows. We finally came across JC Spas and we amazed when JC not only found a swim spa to fit our budget but could also put us on a layaway plan. I loved the feeling of always been being treated like the owners main customer. I wasn?t passed from one employee to the next but JC ALWAYS took our calls personally. He delivered the spa to our home, was there for the whole installation, and showed us how everything worked. My husband and I couldn?t have been happier with the service.

THE best spa buying experience in my life.

My wife and I had been shopping for our third spa since 1991. We had shopped at a dozen stores throughout L.A. county / Orange county and the Inland Empire where we live. We had also shopped several online companies, where we found J.C. Spas. Upon contacting them, we had an immediate introduction letter, with an invitation to meet with the owner at our house. We called and arranged a meeting for that weekend.

JC showed up right on time, and we immediately felt at ease with him. He looked at our access and advised us on the best way to get the spa in place. My wife then mentioned about wanting to do a pool as well and JC then showed us the option of going with a swim spa instead. When we started crunching all the numbers on what everything would cost, we found we were saving about $4,000 over what anyone else had offered us.

We asked for referrals, and he supplied us with referrals from all around the US. Further investigation showed his Better Bureau rating as being top notch. Seeing the huge selection of pictures of other swim spa deliveries from around the US, including all 3 referrals we had spoken to convinced us we were doing the right thing, so we bought the swim spa, a Colossus 2.

The delivery went on time and as smooth as we could have ever hoped for. Jc arranged for the crane and man power needed, and even set us up with a great electrician who saved us another $500.

We use this swim spa nearly every day. It has been by far the best big ticket purchase outside of our house, we have ever made. I HIGHLY recommend going with JC spas. Their professionalism, service and price is the best we have ever had. The one small problem the spa had was corrected quickly and without cost to us.
