Terrible service

What used to be good food and tasty snacks has now turned into cold meals and horrible service. My mom and I decided to eat here because we thought they had the best snack food on Pioneer blvd. After getting the thali, my mom literally had to wring her chapatis because they were so drenched in ghee (can we say clogged arteries??). Not only that, the daal was cold as well. The chaat was just ok and my masala chai had that reminiscence of boiled milk taste (gag). We should have learned our lesson after that experience, but we decided to venture back after doing some shopping. BAD IDEA. All we wanted was some canvi. Not only did the guy help the lady that came in line after us (we let that slide thinking maybe he didn't see us) but he did it AGAIN when my mom tried asking for help (very politely I may add). I guess we weren't as pretty as the girl that was in front of us! Needless to say, we walked out and decided never to go back.

• Cons: crowded, horrible service, food has gone downhill
