I had some out of town guests visiting and I wanted to take them out for dinner one night. They wanted to try something different so I suggested that we go to Peacock Gardens in Diamond Bar. They agreed and so we went. It was my first time there as well as theirs. To my surprise, the food wasn't just "good", it was fabulous! I ordered chicken tikka with garlic naan and my friends ordered some curry dishes with side orders. Everything was outstanding and the waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. My friends begged me to bring them back next time they visit. If you want a pleasant dining experience with scrumptious food at great prices, you must go to Peacock Gardens!

yummy indian food. Oh my god! this restaurant is the best Indian restaurant in LA county! I really love their service! The workers do a great job at serving you and frequently asking you if everything is great or if we need anything on the table! I especially love the owner Raj he's very friendly and likes to talk to customers and get to know each and everyone! which I really like that about him! So I really suggest this restaurant to anyone who is coming to eat indian restaurant!

I am giving this place a 5 because i have absolutlely no complaints. its hard to find good service & food in the Diamond Bar area in my opinion. I ordered the goat meat,chic-tikka-masala, Plaine basmati rice & garlic naan. The service was fast & food taste was yummy prices were good .I have had my share of overpriced indian cuisine, But this place was good and worth the price. Surprise was in the end server give us dessert even we did,nt order.Highly reccommanded this place,

We are never going here again!. WE ARE NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

My family has been going to this restaurant for a very long time. We decided to throw an engagement party there and that was a HUGE MISTAKE!! We were ensured by Raj, the owner that we would not have to worry about ANYTHING. Please read about everything that went wrong:

FOOD (seemed like they just took the leftovers from the afternoon event and used it for our party)

Rice was like mashed potatoes had to be remade

Naan was cold and ran out

Chicken murgh masala was supposed to be boneless, but wasn't

Ras malai was chewy, dry and undercooked

Kofta was uncooked

Paneer dish had very few pieces of paneer

No daal was served, which we had asked for in our agreement

Kheer was not served on time

Lassi was served at the end of dinner not during appetizers

Tea was not good at all - tasted like water

Coffee was not very good and it was served way too late

SERVICE

- the owner and his manager had loads of attitude to us and our guests the entire night

- we paid for a full, open bar and all they did was give us 6 bottles of alcohol and when they ran out there was not any more. They didn't provide any wine although they have a huge wine rack at the front door. They also only provided Bud Light and Tecate when there were Corona and Heineken in a cooler at the bar and they wouldn't serve it.

They were way too understaffed and we had to keep reminding them to clean tables

best indian food. this pace is worth making a trip.

i love their chicken tikka nd their garlic naan is excelent.

the staff always greets and always help you with a a smiling face.

they have buffet everyday till 3..its full value to the money we pay.

The Best of the Best!. I have been to many different Indian places to eat, and this one far out paces all others within So-Cal hands down! Hey, I am no newbie to Indian cuisine and have been to many others but this is my fav place to take out of town guests, friends, and family.

I have been going to Peacock for 8 years, and just this past Christmas had them cater my family dinner, we wanted a break from nasty turkey and ham, and it was so great... everyone was so happy after the meal and even after they were full, they kept eating and picking at the food. Then, we all made a mad dash for the leftovers, it was so good... it was worth fighting for even leftovers! It was the must delicious Christmas dinner, and the best deal in town for a catered meal.

My family wanted something delicious, tasty, and a break from tradition, and this really hit the mark.

Service was superior.

Food was far superior than any other place that serves Indian cuisine.

Price was amazing!

In addtion, overall the food is just simply delicious everytime my hubby and I go there for dinner!

Mr. Raj is really a nice guy, Sashi who is our usual server is an angel, and all other staff are super.

The price is well worth the consistency of good food!

If anyone has had a negative experience with them, it may be the customer and not Peacock.... so, check your nasty attitude at the door and take time to chat with Mr. Raj... he is the coolest dude in the world and so kind and gracious. Try to smile and see what you may get back instead of being unfriendly when you pay Peacock a visit.... They are good people with grrreeeaaat food, and very good service!

We used Peacock Catring Services. We used peacock catering services for brand PR reception begin held at the diamond bar city house this was difficulty event to get right due to the formal; location and informal tone of the brand .however PK events staff provided a wonderful menu of indian inspried canapes for over 175 guests ranging from all over USA brand oweners and other associates nothing was ever toon much trouble ,all issue was handle d immediately and excellent service was provided ensuring the premium nature of the event was reflected at every point .will definitely be using again .many thanks to the team PK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Indian food. VERY IMPRESSED!

Having lived in India for a summer, I like to think I can spot the difference between good and bad Indian food. Saying that, I also usually stay far away from 'everything in one' restaurants such as Peacock garden and Indian seemed to be. However, the desperate need for delivery of Indian food led to my un-regrettable decision to order from this place.

(FYI, when I am less lazy and more organized I will cook up some Indian because I usually make it just as good and more tuned to my tastes than many restaurants)

So, as I was saying, this was totally worth ordering! We ordered like every type of naan possible, chicken tikka masala, aloo gobi, saag paneer, and last but not least both meat and vegetarian samosas. All delicious and I can not wait to eat the leftovers today! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for good north Indian food in LA

Plus, delivery is FREE and available online-so super easy.

FAV place to go for delish Indian food!!. Seriously, this place is awesome! They have lunch buffet on the weekends and delicious Indian food ESPECIALLY my faves: palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, and garlic naan. :D It makes me happy coming here every time and the manager Shashi is always so wonderful and welcoming to me. She says I'm one of her favorites. Hehe I try to go at least once a month with my fam bc ITS THAT GOOD! In fact, I just finished eating din there. ;)

Awesome Food. Our food came out on time and was prepared just right. I would recommend this place to a hungry person the portions are huge! Service as ok but the food made up for it! I
