Tips for Spoiled, A Day Spa

This place was great. They made me feel so comfortable and the employees here were very welcoming. I recommended this place to my friends and plan to visit more with a few of them. Great place to go to if you need to relax and just have some "me" time.

Best facial and massage.......ever. I was shocked at how good the facial and massage was by Heather. I bought a groupon online. It was my first groupon and figured for such a good deal I was probably going to get a bunk facial. I was first a little turned off by the lady who answered the phone, she could have been friendlier. I have high expectations and if I am disappointed I will ask for my money back. I can't tolerate bad service and I am done getting ripped off. I am a Nanny and College student...(yes at 38 years old) so money is tight and I feel really stressed. I really was in need of some nurturing. (Lame but true) Heather was amazing. I walked out of there stunned, finally a great facial and an awesome massage! I feel so relieved to finally have a place to get an amazing facial and massage. I will follow Heather wherever she goes. I can't say enough good things about her. She is down to earth yet still professional. I have only met a few "healers" in my life. My physical therapist, acupuncturist and now Heather. I am writing this because I know how sad it is to get a horrible facial. Heather is the only person I have seen at Spoiled, so I don’t know the talent of the other employees. I have my next appointment in a few weeks. By the way the massage is included in the facial, She massages your neck, head, arms and hands. Seriously amazing!

A TOTAL JOKE!. This Place is a joke! Owner and employees like to talk bad about other business, (Their competition) Im not the kind of person that like to mention names, but this place is rude, NO CLASS! NO ETHICS! I will never come to this spa again.

Head somewhere else. Tried the place a while back. The owner happened to be at desk that day. Could not have extended herself less. Brusque with lots of attitude. The last person to be handling clients. Technician was OK but confessed she knew the owner was a problem. Won't go back.

This is a great place!. I had came from another so called day spa called Treats For THe Face and was extremely disappointed. The people were very rude and I got this horrible vibe. It was messy and I changed my mind about being a walk in client. When I came to Spoiled, I really did feel spoiled!! My service was wonderful and quick and this place is also small....but CLEAN!!! That's so important to me. Will come again!

Bad business practices; nickel and dime their customers. I've been going here every year for my birthday for the body facial-a full body scrub and one hour massage. I always get the same exact thing. This year, after getting scrubbed down and cleaned off, I settled in for one hour of pure bliss. The massage therapist started rubbing me and asked me, "How's the pressure?" I told her I'd like more pressure, so she applied more. I was getting ready to walk out (my boyfriend had purchased me a gift certificate and tipped them) when I was told that I owed extra because I had had a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE! First of all, yeah right, that was not a deep tissue massage. Second of all, the massage therapist simpy asked me how the pressure was. It's standard for any massage therapist to ask you how the pressure is. She did not mention any extra charges or anything. I thought that was pretty sheisty. Does "How's the pressure?" automatically translate into "If you don't like it, you'll pay extra." Also, they need to learn what a deep tissue massage really is. It is painful. This woman just rubbed lotion on my back

Spoiled a Day Spa has major problems. Was a regular customer for approximately six months and saw a continuing drop off in customer service and a turn over in staff. The owner could care less about her clientele. Polite inquiries about staff missing appointments and a front desk that never seemed to know what was going on, were completely ignored. Have no clue why they're still in business, as the exact same services can be had for similar, or better prices right near by.

a neighborhood gem!. i am fairly new to the neighborhood and out of conveninece (and great reviews) called spoiled to try to arrange a last minute hour and a half long massage session.

my luck! i got in within the hour practically. thank heavens because the massage was just what the doctor ordered. the staff were friendly. the white room was pretty and comfortable. i plan on returning as much as possible. man or woman, we ALL need to be spoiled a bit in our lives!

Best Facial I Have EVER Had. Heather is the girl! Incredible facial, she has the magical touch. I've had a lot of facials at many different places, and Heather is IT! I've been going to her for years & still get excited when I have an appointment.

She's also a killer eybrow shaper - love her!

I Never Go Anywhere Else Anymore. Love means never having to say your boyfriend gives great massages. He just doesn't. There's nothing I can do to make him have those "kinds of hands." He's good in other ways so we're secure. But because of this, I have to get my back knots and twangs out other ways. I've been going to Spoiled every since it's first year. I love Spoiled. I love Devorah for manicures, I love John for pedicures, I love Jenik for waxing -- she makes getting a full Monty as painful as plucking an eyebrow. But the thing I love most is the massages. I love the masseuse experience at Spoiled. I've been going for quite awhile and have seen pretty much everyone. Right now, my favorites are Christina and Natalie. The former is newer and she also does these amazing facials that use a machine that make your skin look like 10 years younger. I forget what it's called. But while that machine is on, she also does massage and I'm not kidding, I become so relaxed it's as if I'm on a beach in the South Pacific and I'm just lulled into a dreamlike state. It's nirvana. Now Natalie is my girl. I think this woman has natural healing abilities or something. She's a caretaker. Warm, relaxing, and also rejuvenating. Her massages get to the heart of the problem, whatever the problem du jour is. She knows what she's doing and I trust her and feel at ease. Always in fact. With everyone. Devorah's like a second mom to me at this point. I don't know. The whole thing is a win-win. I don't need a Steam Room (ew - germs). I don't need no weird messed up wraps that do really nothing but get seaweed in my cleavage. I need real services that work. I need warm people who care about what they're doing. I need a place that operates well and treats me like a goddess. To me, that is Spoiled. I never go anywhere else. I don't see the point. Once you're treated right, why bother?
