In Short – Each restaurant in this SoCal mini-chain offers a straight-up dining space with bright lights and glass tabletops crowded with chil sauce and chopsticks. The pho, a Vietnamese-style noodle soup, arrives steaming shortly after ordering with a side of fresh basil, bean sprouts and onions. Popular items include the pho tai, a soup with thinly sliced rare steak that cooks in the broth and the pho hai san, a seafood combo with shrimp, squid and fresh cilantro.

Horrible - MSG infused - tasteless

This is probably one of the worst pho chains I've visited. The soup is cloudy and the sweetness of the soup is not from the stewing of the beef/beef bones/beef tail/etc. in the broth....but from MSG and sodium!! I probably would not visit any of the Pho 2000 branches unless I'm dying for pho...literally.

I've had worse but there is much better. The main reason to go here is the oxtail pho. Aside from that, the bean sprouts and mint leaves they give do not look very fresh.

I have been here a couple of times now and it's one of the best pho I have had.....better than Pho 79.
Parking is ok...Service is prompt.
