Since opening its first diner in the 1940s, this restaurant has developed into one of the most popular West Coast franchises, claiming industry innovations such as the drive-through window, partial-service dining rooms and their iconic Six Dollar Burgers--a line of oversized, sit-down restaurant-style hamburgers with Angus patties. Other hearty options abound, including steak-and-egg breakfast burritos, crispy chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries to supplement standbys like onion rings and shoestring potatoes.

Double Western on the way to class. If you're still going 70, from getting off the 57, you might miss this one. If you do miss it by speeding past, the next(legal) place to turn around is College.

If you hit the 2nd set of RR tracks at 45, you're gonna get some Serious Air ! Say "Hello !" to everything in your car, as it passes before your eyes. (You'll probablly even see some things you don't remember having in the car.)

The food's good quality, served up relatively fast, and they tend to honor the "freeway specials": those ads you see on tv 'n such.

Big Rigs tend to race right through the signal on valley, so keep your eyes open !
