Fabulous Blonde

Let's get one thing straight -- most colorists are clueless when it comes to getting blonde right. Even if they have the "right" zip code and charge $500 for color, most stylists miss the mark (too dark, too brassy, too damaged, etc). I've been to salons from Brentwood to Bev Hills from Fred Segal to Jose Eber and no one can do what Francesca and Heather can do. Whether I want to go ultra light or throw in some low lights, we sit down, have a full consultation and in the end I always leave getting exactly what I asked. They cover the spectrum when it comes to clientele but I'm strictly a blonde so can only review on what I know. In the past I've left other salons many times feeling disappointed that I just paid a fortune and haven't gotten the results I asked for. I've been coming here for more than three years and I'll never go anywhere else.

The bonus is that they are always on time for appointments and they ensure the focus is on you. No checking four other clients, moving you from chair to chair, having one person cut, another color, another shampoo and yet another blow out -- at Lloyd Windsor when it's your turn, the focus is on making YOUR locks gorgeous. It's a super serene environment and you are guaranteed to leave looking fab and feeling great. Double bonus -- Francesca and Heather are super adorable, down to earth girls you want to hang out with after they've finished your hair!

Royal Treatment

I went to the Lloyd-Windsor salon just to get my friend to stop talking about how I needed a new haircut and color. She talked to me about Heather and Francesca for at least a year. She'd say "you have to go see Heather for a new cut and Francesca for color." Since I live in the South Bay and was fairly happy with my usual haircut and color, I waited at least a year before going to Lloyd-Windsor. I didn't want to fight the traffic to go to Beverly Hills for a color and cut. Now, I have to say, I'm sorry I didn't go to Lloyd-Windsor sooner. I absolutely LOVE my haircut. Heather is a master of precision cutting. Every hair falls into place. I have naturally waivy hair and I had to wash it every day before this cut. Now, I can go at least two days without having to wash and hot iron my hair. Because of this, my hair is healthier and without frizz. Francesca knew what colors would be right for my complexion which brightened up immediately. After getting color and a cut that was right for my features, I was very happy. But, I never expected the wonderful comments I received from friends and total strangers. Now, I'm the person who wants to say "you MUST go see Heather for a new cut and Francesca for color." I love the royal treatment I receive at Lloyd-Windsor for Hair.
