Great pho and price in PV!. The pho is tasty, portions are huge. Kimchi pancake to die for. Strange combination of Vietnamese and Korean foods, but it works out pretty well. Friendly owners provide great service with a personal touch. Complimentary crushed ice with red bean dessert at the end of the meal is a nice way to finish things off. Price is very reasonable. Overall would recommend for great pho and Korean food cravings.
