Great Auto Service

This is not your regular dealership. I was in and out in less the 45 minutes for my regular servcie, plus they fed me at the resturant inside. They were busy, but still got me in and out as promised, plus everyone was very friendly. It was a great experience. I would recommend this as a place to service your car!

South Bay Ford defrauded me.

I spent $5,000 for a new engine for my F-150. It took them weeks, and I had to pay for a rental car. But the new engine failed under warranty. They supposedly installed two more new engines in the truck. Both failed. The last one failed in under 1,000 miles.
However, one employee admitted that they never did give me a new engine. They just kept fixing the old one, which kept failing. And they charged me $5,000 for a new one.
You can imagine how I feel about this.
To add to this, the service manager has been rude and dismissive the entire time. He just does not care that the truck does not run. All he was interested in was the $5,000.
So I just filed a formal complaint with California's Bureau of Automotive Repair. Then I filed a formal complaint with the AAA and I filed a formal complaints with other consumer protection organizations.
On Monday, I am filing an action in court.
South Bay Ford broke the contract, they defrauded me, they misrepresented their repairs, they lied again and again and again, and they could not care less.
This has cost me thousands of dollars and months of frustration.

Great customer service, friendly staff & fast service

We get our Ford serviced here. And though it's probably more expensive going to a dealership, I still really like it. The service people are very friendly and courteous. The two times we went the turn around on service was faster than we expected. They also give you a voucher to eat something at the restaurant inside. I was actually surprised at the variety they had on the breakfast menu. We'll definately keep bring the car here for service.
