Friendly. We stopped by the store because it was close to our home, the staff was friendly and was quite helpful. We ended up getting their services for our daughters wedding.

I found my perfect dress!. This place is amazing! I came here a few weeks before my wedding and was stressing a lot! They had great customer service and were very patient with me. They brought out dress after dress until I found my perfect one!

This is the WORST BRIDAL SHOP!!. My 15anera was 8 years ago and I'm still upset at the bad service they had with me. My pictures looked like my little sister had taken them, the video was worst than a home video!! and my limo never came, they sent me a crapy looking one. Just to make it short, I cried and had the worst experience with this people. Please don't even think of using them because you'll regret it your entire life!! I don't know how they still continue to have business! They are the worst there can be. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF THERE WAS NEGATIVES STARS THEY WOULD GET IT. DIRTY, NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED , JUST LOUSY. NOT MORE TO BE SAID JUST STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHABBY PLACE. PAY AN EXTRA COUPLE OF BUCKS FOR SOMETHING BETTER.

Save your time, money and most improtant of all save your special event...... This is the most unprofessional bridal shop I have ever been to. There photography and vidoegraphy is the worst I have ever seen. I had to return my wedding video/dvd, it skipped, paused and just the whole thing ws upsetting to watch. I have no idea what their angle was the whole time I was watching it, They did not film my guests jsut a lousy job. They told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks and now a month an half later I have had to call them and the owner BEATRIZ was so rude to me and told me it wouldnt be ready for another two weeks because they have been busy. I have already paid for my event since it was over 4 months ago and all I have recieved is bad service on their part. This place is a mess and I regret I would ever allow such sloppy people to capture the most important day of my life. Because of them my memories are ruined. My guests pictures are better then theirs. I wouldnt wish them upon anyone trying to capture their most joyous event. Save your money and do research before you lose out on more then just money....They are awful awful......I guess in the end you get what you pay for! Cheap and lousy and sloppy and unprofessional is how I describe this want to be bridal place. How they stay in business will always surprise me!
