For more than twenty years, Chinese and Middle Eastern Muslims have flocked to this upscale diner-like space to enjoy Peking-style Islamic specialties prepared with certified halal meats. Islamic dishes include a cooked-to-order sesame and green onion flatbread, lamb with pickled cabbage hot pot and a highly spiced lamb curry. The huge menu also includes more traditional Chinese items, among them moo-shu chicken, whole steamed fish, Szechuan tofu, chow mein and braised sea cucumber.
