Nice Mom and Pop Mexican. This place is average but if you're close you might want to try it. My favorites are the fish taco plate and tamales (apparently everyone loves them as they run out quite often). Chips and guacamole here are a really bad value. Also of note: they put a $10 minimum if you pay by credit card which violates VISA's transaction terms.
