Worst carwash ever. damaged my car! dont ever go there!. I had the worst experience of my life today with car washes. I have been here beforem there service was so so but my car was clean. but today they somehow managed to not only scratch my car, but put a real good dent in it and ruined the drivers side side skirt of my car. when they drove it car off the rail, the person driving it most likely turned too fast and pushed in my side skirt. in order to fix it, i have to replace the whole thing and get it painted. of course they denied it. but i KNOW FOR A FACT, that damage was not there before i took it to the carwash today. the manager was nice enough to have the car driven through the carwash, o we were able to pinpoint from beginning to end where and how the damage happend. The top of the rail that pushed the car through the car wash was the same eact height as the bottome of my side skirt. but with ALL that they still denied it! are you kidding me? i spoke to the manager, the owner, argued with them for hours. THe owner Hamik Shahvaladian somehow magically appeared and started arguing with me. here i am crying because they are sooo unreasonable and unfair. and he was trying to trick me into saying certain words that played in his favor. its so sad to see grown mature men such as themselves, who probably can resolve this by giving their insurance information and resvolve this. isnt this WHY you purchase insurance to protect yourselves? Complete morons. the owner was arguing with me like he was there through the entire situation. But he wasnt even there until after it happend. HOw can he be so sure they didnt damage my car? i'm not a winer and i take responsibilities for myself and the things i do. i got more patience than your typical person but i will NOT let some moronic degenrate insult me and try to take advantage of me. NOw because of their carelessness and lack of common sense, i have to take them to small claims court. NOw they have to pay out of their OWN pocket to fix my damages instead of just having insurance take care of this, which they paid for already.

I called the cops. the cop came, he was really nice, but unfortunately there was nothing the cops could do because this is a civil matter. so dont ever take your car there. if you do, make sure you watch it throughout then entire carwash. watch them. watch every step and every move because if something happens, they will deny it all the way because they are complete cowards.

Good Service! Clean! Stamp Card!. Very good serivce! I had been going to this car wash for at least 3 years now! I had tried the other one for the cheaper coupon but nothing like them. Totally recommand it!

Don't forget to ask for a stamp card! The 10th service is free!
