Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, Rosemead and Torrance. RCE is approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for F-1 student visa.
RCE is committed to providing instruction in English as a Second Language so that students may pursue their language acquisition for personal development, or so that students may prepare for admission and successful study in a U.S. college or university. This preparation includes the preparation courses for TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, and NCLEX Examinations.
TOEIC preparation classes are designed for students who intend to pursue business related jobs, and NCLEX preparation classes prepare nurses, who were trained overseas, so that they may acquire the English proficiency necessary to continue their nursing careers in the United States.
