WORST PLACE EVER!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We put our cat there for 2 nights, and when we went to pick him up, he was GONE! THey LOST our cat. No one knew when they had last seen him, and the staff kept giving us different stories. They told us, "we can't locate him right now, but IF we find him, we'll call you." They acted so whatever about it, as if they just misplaced a pair of shoes! The owner never returned our phone call. WE had to go by the local businesses to ask if they had seen our cat. Pet Castle calims this has never happened, yet when we asked their neighhbor, they said that they get cats from that place a lot, and some have even had babies on their property. They have done NOTHING to help. Like I said, WE had to ask local businesses. My little sister is absolutely devastated. The owner's grandfather has cats there and everyone says he must have left the door open on accident, but he swears he didn't. These people are absolutely awful, and I would NEVER ever reccomend this place for ANYONE. Absolutely ridiculous!! I have no idea how they are even in business with having over 50 complaints with the humane society. DO NOT put your pet here!!!

Good Doggy Day Camp

I have taken my pets all over the place for doggy day care. I just moved from Pasadena to San Dimas. I have never found a place quite like this one. They have huge yards and all the dogs are allowed everywhere! all the dogs seem really happy. They even make this pet food that my dogs are going crazy over.

The Only Five Star Reviw I Have Given!

The reason I am busting out the five star is because I think they really diverse it! I have read the reviews about this place and they seem to be generally good, but I have taken Benny to tons of dog boarding facilities throughout his life. He is no ordinary dog, every time I go somewhere and explain the whole routine on how you have to feed him people give me a hard time and I don't think they really do it. He just wont eat and I was getting worried about him! They took video of how he ate the chicken stew they make there. I could not believe it! they fed him by hand just like I asked them to. I will be going back!

Doggie Day Camp

I use to take my dog Barney to a place in Glendora. For grooming, boarding, and even day care once in a while. Every time I got my dog back he looked like he had lost weight. I have started taking him to doggy day care at Castle Pets and wow what a difference. I think the big thing is that they get out side to play with other dogs. I will not be going back to the place in Glendora any time soon! They have an awesome grooming parlor in Castle Pets also which makes it really easy for me. It is like a one stope shop for me and my dog. I have been to all sorts of diiferent hotels for your pet. I went to the one in Glendora, Claremont, even one in Covina. They have huge out door play yards for the dogs. When I use to get him home from the place in Glendora he looked like he had been caged up all day. I have started getting him groomed there and I must say that he does much better with their grooming salon.

Grooming Experience

I am very particular about how I have my babies groomed. I just moves to san dimas and was nervous so I did my research. Thanks to many reviews I read i was led to Castle Pets Resort. I got there, it was very clean everyone was very professional. When I left my dogs they had a great time playing with the rest of the dogs. When I got them home the groom was excellent. The best thing was the price they were ten dollars cheaper than anyone else! They even sent my dogs home with doggie treats for free.
