After one month, really one class, I was hooked. Its fun, challenging in a good way, paced well and best of all, my arms got toned. After years of trying everything from weights to yoga, my tricept muscle appeard within weeks of going to class. I couldnt believe it, and to top it off the rest of my body got fit too! Love this class!
Pros: Its cheaper than a personal trainer, with even better results

the beginning of the class they told us to grab 2 lb and 3 lb weights. I was laughing because I thought I won't feel anything using that light of a weight. The movements they had us do my arms were hurting so bad. I definitely felt the burn in my arms. Then we move on to legs and abs. The movements we did were great to tone abs, legs, arms and butt. I am looking forward to my next class so I can have a toned body.
