started out my tuesday and thursday morning with some anusara yoga at still yoga this week...YUMmie!!there's no better way to start out my day than with some contemplative words, humor, focused delicious inhales and exhales and stretching...anything that helps me return to my inner STILL--ness makes me happier. enjoy :)

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, 4 of them at Still. The teachers are great; they really know their stuff. Before I came to Still, i had very limited of Anusara style yoga, but now i would consider myself a convert. the asana room is serene and cheerful, and the attention to detail and design is evident throughout the studio. This makes it a pleasant space that motivates me to come to yoga. The friendly staff and students are another reason I wouldn't want to practice anywhere else.
Pros: great space, attentive knowlegeable teachers
Cons: sometimes parking is tight when there's a wine tasting next door
