A trustworthy mechanic

Everyone in my family goes to Pro-Am. We will never go to any other mechanic again, if we can help it. I just recently found out that they do bodywork too. It's a one stop shop

Pro Am Automotive in Glendale Gets It!

I have taken my mercedes to glendale dealer to address the same concerns multiple times as they did not make the repair and charged me for diagnostic fees, labor and parts. I was tired of paying thousands for nothing till I took my car to Pro AM Automotive in Glendale on flower street. Arim is genuinely a gentlemen and a professional in the small type automotive shop. I have the confidence that he and his staff will fix it right the first time. Arim is honest and thorough and most of all he is fair. I am glad I have found skill away from dealerships on my mercedes and BMW that he has serviced that so call dealership certified technicians were not able to repair. I know there is alot of you out their who have experience the same as me. Two thumbs up for me.
- Pros: Finally able to take my European cars to someone who will fix it right.
- Cons: No luxurious lounge area that will be charge to me at dealerships.

great and honest service!

This is a great shop that not many people seem to know about! The previous shop was gonna charge about twice as much for a new radiator. This guy gave it to me cheap and added a%10 discount to my total bill for being a new customer :) The previous shop replaced my front breaks and the owner of Pro-Am showed me what they did wrong...suggested I go back to them about it rather than have him replace them again for more money. Pro-Am also installed a lightbulb in my dashboard for free!
- Pros: personable friendly service, great prices
- Cons: waiting area was just a hard bench, but whatever, that's me being picky
