This was our first time there and we really enjoyed our visit. I was there with a co-worker. I am from Iran originally but my co-worker is Colombian. We both enjoyed the food and the prices... BTW, they have turkish coffee and it's made homemade style!!!
cheers!
- Pros: great food, great price, great customer service
- Cons: lavash instead of pita bread! :)
The Valley's little secret

If you like kabobs then you will enjoy Ali Baba. The portions are huge and you can taste the great food quality. I go to kabob restaurants often and many of them taste the same. You can taste the difference at Ali Baba and you want to come back. The service is great in small place that can get crowded at times, but you never feel being pushed out by the number of people inside. You have to try it and you will want to keep coming back.
- Pros: food, price, service
- Cons: parking
Best Kept Kabob Place in Granada Hills! Unbelievably Delicous & Inexpensive Quality Kabob!
by onebatoots at Citysearch
My husband and I are house sitting in Granada Hills and we found this little hole in the wall place since it was the only kabob place we could find....and Low and Behold...this restaurant is amazingly inexpensive for the quality of food they serve. The server is super friendly and attentive. It's a great relaxing night spot when you just want to wind down and relax. The food is fresh and is ALL-NATURAL! This place is like coming home to your mom. I cannot believe the price. We live in Brentwood and there's quite a few good kabob places around here but Ali Baba Restaurant serves high quality food for so much less. You'll pay the cost of one meal for 2 people! REALLY! We are quite surprised that this place is not that busy but it's great for those who want to have a relaxing evening.
All their food is excellent from Chicken Kabob to the Cornish Hen - to the Koobideh! The salads are phenomenal too. My husband and I are willing to drive over there even when we move back home to Brentwood!
- Pros: Very Inexpensive, Delicious & HIGH QUALITY Kabob Place. Friendly Staff
- Cons: None that I can Think of
