Do not take Yellow Cab. Unfortunately most of the time, Yellow Cab awaits at LAX and we have no choice. Their drivers are usually rude and have forced us to give up the evalution form/paper. They took longer route and when being asked, they become angry and challenges customers. Since we put our lives in the hands of the taxi driver during the ride, we dare not to speak most of the time. This is so wrong about having to pay for a service while all we get is threat during the ride.
Cons: unfriendly/rude drivers, broken taxi seats, takes longer route with no good reason

They forgot my reservation. When reminded, it still took 1/2 hour to get a cab. Another time they never showed up at all and dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional during the whole experience. I won't be using this company ever again.
