Fresh & Fabulous.
This place is awesome! I don't understand why this place isn't crazy crowded all the time. My husband and I have been here twice together and I have been twice alone. All four times I recieved top-notch service and super tasty food.
To be perfectly honest, what originally attracted me to Pozetto's was the price of beer: $1.95 for a pint. (Monday-Thursday)
The first time I went alone, I just got a small salad and a pint. My bill was under $5.
The second time, we got fried mushrooms, white pizza and several rounds. The bill was under $35. The mushrooms were fresh, and they were frshly breaded and then deep fried. The best way to eat veggies!
Which brings us to the white pizza. Absolutely the best white pizza I have tasted since I last visited NYC. Only suggestion would be more oregano, but if you ask nice, they will bring you a little extra to sprinkle on.
Third time, w/ the hubby, we got white pizza again. This time, he tried the calamari, and said it was excellent! Freshly breaded then fried. I got the impression that nothing here was battered then frozen. On this visit we discovered that repeat patronage is greatly rewarded.
Fourth time, went alone, got a lunch special: $9.95 for a mini BBQ chicken pizza, salad & drink. There are several other lunch specials available for only $4.99!
This place is my new favorite place. It is small but charming, and most importantly the food is fresh and great!
Don't forget the uber cheap cervezas!
