In Short – Rarely do shop owners manage to split the difference between posh and welcoming. Perhaps it is due to her urbane designs and her staff's easy cordiality, but Ooten's jewelry shop manages to appeal on both levels. Against the backdrop of eggshell walls and shiny glass, her trademark crocheted designs are both elegant and edgy, and her intricate craftsmanship and stone selections, especially evidenced by the "fishnet" series, seem at once organic and perfectly planned. Owner is not kind

I was in there a long time ago. Boutique and jewelry is nice, but the owner is not. Employee was sweet and helpful, but hope you don't run into the owner.

Overpriced

Esthetically pleasing to look at but the jewelery is very over priced. I've been in twice and each time the sales person seemed annoyed to answer my questions and I was the only customer there. She had very limited knowledge about the properties of the gemstones other than the names.
