Last spring was my first experience with As Is Direct. Being the Los Angeles Market has everchanging rates, I was very nervous about selling my first home. My goal was to sell my home, get the best price and purchase a new home, that I could later take equity out of.

I found As Is Direct to be very professional, informative, and they really worked with me so I could understand the process. They sold my house for top dollar. The process was very easy to understand and that made me want to further my future loans with them and I did. My next purchase was smooth and easy. I later refinanced and was able to renovate my new home and have money left. Overall, the experience was great! I highly suggest As Is Direct to everyone.
