This place is great. I went for the first time this week and have wanted to go back every day since. The staff was very friendly and genuine, there was a relaxed and neighborhood atmosphere, and boba drinks are a nice alternative to the usual lattes that are everywhere.

Okay, I??????ll admit upfront that I am biased as I used to work here in high school. Despite this, Infuzion Caf???? is truly a gem in Santa Monica. It is without a doubt the only place to get boba or milk teas. In fact, after getting drinks here for so long, I can??????t help but compare places near my school in Berkeley to Infuzion and feeling utterly disappointed. Infuzion offers a surprisingly large menu for a coffee and tea house with menu items including but not limited to milk teas, smoothies, coffee drinks, herbal teas, chai tea, blended drinks and even food items such as sandwiches and pastries. Infuzion is unique because they don??????t have a specific specialty like most places do, everything here is good! What I appreciate most about Infuzion (and I know this because I worked here) is that the owner Henry truly makes an effort to build a relationship with all his customers, going so far to learn more than just their name but their regular drink orders and preparing them exactly how they like it! The atmosphere inside is great, and outdoor seating is especially wonderful because Infuzion is located in the heart of SM, right above the 3rd Street Promenade, only blocks across from the beach. Other highlights include free Wi-Fi, affordable prices, plenty of seating, a quieter atmosphere than coffee shops like starbucks, dog friendly (they will give you water and sometimes have treats!) and the feeling that you are contributing to a hard working business. Give Infuzion a try and I promise that it will be your regular drink stop!

I only get my usual coffee drink here, so I can't vouch for the boba etc., but what I come for (coffee, ambiance, service, independent business, location) is the best. Henry understands super service and I've always gotten it every visit. Why a previous reviewer compares the interior to Starbucks I don't understand, there is unique art work on the walls and it definitely has a local hangout ambiance. If I had a laptop I would probably spend way too much time here enjoying the free wifi.
