Horrible customer service. I can't speak to the quality of the merchandise in this store, but the customer service is a disaster.

I called ahead and asked if I could bring in a ring and a stone and have them set the stone in the ring. They said yes and it would take a day or less. So I drove across town during a break from work. Once in the store I pulled out the ring and stone and the jeweler said he will set customer stones, but only in rings he sells. After leaving the store I called the receptionist again and very, VERY politely began to tell her that I feel she should change her answer to the question I had called to ask before and she hung up on me. I cannot figure out an explanation for this in which I am rude or the villain. These people simply wasted my time.
