Used to be great...now nickels-and-dimes customers

When I first discovered these guys I was thrilled--airport service was great, price was right, and most drivers were nice. Lately I've noticed a slip or two. One car showing its age so much that it was obviously worn and damaged? Demanding--yes, demanding--a 20% tip? (I'm actually a great tipper when the service is worth it and I always tip anyone who handles my luggage.) Insisting on an extra fee--unpublished and beyond the official $4.00 taxi surcharge--for airport pickup? Not getting my name right so I couldn't tell they were waiting for me at the airport? It's nice to save on airport car service, but not at the price of being treated like an ATM. Use caution--ask up front so you know your true cost. And spell your name for them.

I have being working with galaxy limo for more then 9 years, and I love everything about the company. The owner, Steve is great and very professional, the drivers are kind and careful on the road, the cars are always clean with good smell, and always on time with a big smile...I highly recommend Galaxy for any occasion or travel.
