LOVE IT. mm hot goodness. never craved sulungtang until i started going here. its pretty good for curing a hangover and their kimchi/kkakdugi is always crunchy and aged perfectly.

comfort food at its best. best hangover stew ever, best sullung-tang in k-town. if you don't speak Korean, just point to the one that says "flank." if you're adventurous, try the intestine or the tongue. add salt, pepper, hot paste and chopped green onion to taste. the lack of politeness is because it's so damn busy, and the "lack of ambience" is the the buzz of people eager to fill their bellies.

best sullung tang in LA. the title pretty much covers it. the restaurant itself is not nicely set up. the waitresses are also not the most friendly, but its all worth it for the best comfort food. han bat sullung tang hits the spot. beef broth with glass noodles and the perfect complementary kimchi.
